most of your internet personas.

boorish, childish, redundant, unproductive and, more importantly: unamusing.

What part of mark your lunch with your initals or put it in the personalized boxes I have prepared for each of you, do you people not understand!!!!!! No I didn't clean out the filthy, disquisting refridgerator on Friday afternoon. I did it Monday morning. Believe it or not I have other things to do like make sure there is toilet paper, write up idiot proposals and write SOPs for everything from turning on light switches to sending out the mail. NOTHING HERE IS COMMON SENSE. That's right your lunch got thrown out. No I didn't send an email telling the staff the fridge cleaning was being delayed if you had done what you were supposed to there would be no problem.

By the way, "personalized boxes" for each person in the fridge -- wow! and they still can't get it right, that's kinda scary.

Okay it's day 2 of lunchgate and I just had a meeting with the CFO regarding this "sensitive issue" are you fucking kidding me? The CFO actually went through the garbage last night to retrive someone's tupperware. I am to apologize and offer to have the company buy their lunch. FUCK YOU! I'm sorry you are an asshole. Get over it. In future I am to display everything in the fridge and allow people to check before I throw anything out. If you weren't a bunch of pigs who never get rid of your crap i wouldn't have to do this. In future I don't care if this shit stinks to high heaven I'm not cleaning out the freaken fridge.

listen up: you will clean the fridge as usual. however, place 1/2 2-day old tuna sandwich underneath the plastic garbage liners in her desk pail (or in one of her shoes).

blame it on the construction guys if she ever figures out it's not her.

I dislike pompous assholes......there is new security guard (well they call them security guards) on the door at my office building. I'm walking out, this obiously very, very important person (at least to himself) is walking in the new guard (looks about 12 years old) asks the guy to sign in, the guy replies I work on the 15th floor, guards says in that case may I see your ID Sir(the building has given us all ID cards) they guy replied "I don't need one and breezes past the guard. Jerk, I wished the guard had cold cocked him but he just let him breeze by. So much for building security.

the excessive, open mouthed gum chewing prevalent on all subway trains.

people that find it necessary to snack loudly on crowded trains on the way home.

people that read the wall street journal on crowded trains (you're not that important).

the bouncer at "Blue Zoo Lounge". Don't ask my why I went there at 3 am a few weeks ago haha.

he wasn't that tall. i think he had a shaved head though. they were closing for the night and everyone was leaving but i ordered 2 more beers for my girlfriend and I and the bartenders said I could hang out for a little bit (it was still only like 3:40)...probably b/c i overtipped him a little and then the bouncer basically forced us out anyway and wasn't too cool about it.

the subway gripes are far more vexing to me though.

well I don't really dislike this immensely, but I couldn't find the "things I hate" thread:
Hate that after my kid's high school football team had the most successful season in almost 30 yrs, the ones' with the power decide to tell the assistant coaches that they can't come back to coach because they don't teach at this school. (even though other sports here have volunteer coaches also) So now the head coach who turned the team around in only 2 yrs (and made coach of the yr) is considering other schools' offers. He'd rather stay, but sees that he's not going to have the admin support. But hopefully all the parents will get behind him and his coaches. My oldest is done, but I still have one coming up.

Also hate: that where spouse works, even though the no. of street police hurt on the job is going up, due to fact many now go on calls by themselves, the no. of retirees is going up not to be replaced, crime is increasing, yet the police chief (all 4'10" of him) took back his retirement papers after making sure he got a nice raise. ( helps he's also a lawyer on the side.) :(
